Barrett came out of school today positively beaming. She said school "rocked". This is not her usual afternoon mood. I think this had something to do with her exceptionally good day.
While she'll never win a "speed reading" championship [she does everything at her own pace], I'm pleased as punch that she is understanding what she reads!
