Lori needs.

I have a love/hate affair with Facebook.  I love being able to get in touch with friends smattered all over the globe.  However, I'm not particularly fond of all the quizzes (among other things).  What kind of dessert are you?  What kind of wife are you? What TV mom are you? What kind of alcoholic beverage are you? What Harry Potter dorm are you??  SERIOUSLY???

I was tagged in a particularly interesting quiz.  I didn't post it on FB, but the results were funny enough that I thought I would share them with my four friends in blogger land.

You google your name + "needs".  It's that simple.  Here are the ten results that I found.

1 - Lori needs to vent.  (Yes, almost always. Unfortunately I have a pressure cooker personality.)

2 - Lori needs help. (Yes, lots of help.  What kind?  That's for you to decide.)

3 - Lori needs loads of laughter. (Who doesn't?)

4 - Lori needs friends. (No, thank you. All positions are currently filled and I am no longer accepting applications.  Although, I did noticed that I was "-1" in the FB friends department.  Apparently, Tim Davis has decided that we're no longer "FB friends".  Oh well, Mr. Davis.  Your loss.

5 - Lori needs magic. (I'm not sure about this one, unless it's a fairy god-nanny or a haunted house that cleans itself.)

6 - Lori needs a gelato machine. (Sorry, this one I can do without.)

7 - Lori needs a team. (If you're not for me, you're against me.)

8 - Lori needs to quit. (I have quit, several times, and that's just today.)

9 - Lori needs our well wishes. (Of course I'd love any well-wishes someone cares to bestow.)

10 - Lori needs a liver transplant.  (I haven't been diagnosed with the need by a physician, per se, but I'm sure I will be able to use one sometime in the near future.)

It's fun.  Google yourself and find out what you need (or don't...as in the case of the friends or the gelato machine).

Sounds interesting! I also have a love/hate FB thing. I feel like it needs a filter. I am guilty of "defriending" peeps, I felt like I don;'t think we ever actually talked in person, even though we went to school together, so I just couldn't get into it....ha ha!

Oh no. Don't misunderstand me, I too have "defriended" people and "ignored" and quite frankly, blocked (at least two) individuals.

My *gulp* 20 year HS reunion is this year and I will probably drop quite a few friends in its wake. I graduated from HS with 565 people and frankly, I've determined there were very few people that I actually spoke to in HS.

As to the Mr. Davis in question, not only did we attend HS together, but we were also friends in college. Mr. Davis' status update yesterday said he had had a computer glitch...that's his story and he's sticking to it.

Oh dear, I lost a friend who also said he had a "computer glitch", yeah I think the glitch was "insecure wife". Go to your 20 year! I went last August and it was one of the funnest nights of my adult life, seriously! No freaks either!
